If the Epstein files actually implicated Trump, Biden would have released them
They would not have needed to flood him with 91 mostly flimsy charges in four jurisdictions, nor try to keep him off the ballot.
The Biden administration had access to the Epstein files for four files years and chose not to release them. That fact alone makes it virtually certain that the files do not implicate President Trump of any serious crime.
Remember, the Biden administration desperately wanted to destroy Trump. They tried to flood him with 91 mostly flimsy felony charges in four jurisdictions - including 34 misdemeanor bookkeeping errors that were illegally elevated to felonies. And, as if that weren’t enough, they even tried to keep him off of the ballot for good measure, which the Supreme Court ruled against 9-0. Even Biden appointed Ketanji Brown Jackson - who said that she doesn’t even know what a woman is - would not go along with it. And in the end, Trump served no jail time, nor was he even given a fine nor probation, over any of the charges.
So to believe that the Epstein files have any information that would be very damaging to Trump, you have to believe that the Biden administration believed that misdemeanor bookkeeping errors would hurt Trump more than any kind of sex trafficking allegations, particularly involving minors.
That being said, it was a mistake for the files not to be immediately released when Trump returned to office, as he promised that they would be. Why that was promise was not kept, I do not know. But clearly, the Biden administration would have released the files immediately if doing so would have ended Trump’s political career.

You better believe it
